At Business AutomationX, we are fully committed to providing you with high-quality automation solutions that help your business thrive. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
Phased Customization Process
Customization of your Essential Bundle Automations will be delivered in phases. At the end of each phase, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the work before we proceed to the next phase. Approval of a phase indicates your satisfaction with that portion of the customization.
Implementation Requirement
The customer is required to fully implement the customized automations in their business as agreed. This includes using the pre-built templates from the Essential Automations Bundle, integrations, and tools provided within the software.
Results Evaluation
After full implementation, if the automations fail to deliver the agreed-upon results (e.g., the system doesn't function as stated, no measurable improvement lead and customer engagement), the customer may request a refund.
Results will be evaluated based on the specific performance of the user and goals agreed upon during the onboarding process.
Exclusions
The additional expenses incurred by the user and/or external integrations.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The customer fails to implement the software as it is meant on a regular basis.
The customer does not provide timely approval for each phase of customization.
The lack of results is due to factors outside of Business AutomationX’s control (e.g., the client business operation itself, insufficient lead flow and existing customers in the system, lack of customer follow-up, or external business challenges).
Refund Process
To request a refund, the customer must send an email requesting cancellation to [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will only be issued after a thorough review of the implementation and results by our team. We are committed to your success. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after approval.
Please Note: We’re here to work with you, the business owner, to ensure your success. However, you must actively use and implement the tools and automations we provide. You must work it for it to work. Together, we can help you achieve great results and grow your business together!
